Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing over the 4-weeks!

01

Week one:
MINDFULNESS + VALUES

You’ll reflect on what it means to be mindful and do a mindfulness meditation so that you can build self awareness around your daily habits, feelings and actions. 

You’ll explore and identify your values so that you can make intentional choices about the things you want more of in your life, and attach a “why” or purpose to those choices.

You’ll create a visual intention board for some thing you want “more of” in our life, and break it down into actionable steps (goals) you can take over the course of the 3 weeks. Some examples of things girls have worked on are getting better at drawing, having more calm moments in daily life, and connecting more deeply with extended family

Week Two:
MINDSET + BALANCE

duced to how important having a growth mindset is so that you can have the most success at staying balanced and in motion toward achieving your goals. This week we focus on the qualities of flexibility and resilience.

You’ll add affirmations, positive habits, and doodling as a means to boost confidence and creativity.

Week three:
RENEWING BELIEF + COMMITMENT

This week is all about renewing your focus and strengthening your commitment. You’ll do a powerful visualization meditation that will fortify your values, while acknowledging your effort and exploring evidence of your inner strength.

Gratitude and grace will also be the focus qualities of this week, and I’ll share a poem with you that speaks directly to having courage to stay committed to the things that mean the most to you.

Week Four:
SABOTAGE + 
CONTINUING YOUR JOURNEY

You’ll do a positive mind speak exercise so that you can eliminate excuses that sabotage your efforts and actions. You’ll learn simple, in the moment mind/body techniques to conquer fear and nerves so that you can reclaim focus when you’ve been thrown off balance.

You’ll set up a chart of potential future goals and intentions so that you can keep practicing your new skills and continue writing your story.

I guide and support (mostly) tween age girls toward feeling well, from the inside out. I am a certified life coach and have been an educator and mentor in different capacities for over 10 years. (homeschool to college instruction to leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop, going on 6 years now). I’ve taught classes in goal setting, business creation for young female entrepreneurs, and mindfulness. My programs are meant to empower and inspire girls toward achieving tangible feelings of wellness for themselves. I'm a DIY Mom to two children, including one wellgirl named Emilia, who is turning 11 in April, and I live in Waltham with my husband and kids.I hope to meet you & your girl soon!
