TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These are the official Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​participation ​with wellgirl LLC located at 11 Hemlock Terrace Waltham, MA, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

Our email is [email protected].  “You” and “Your” refers to the parent/guardian of the program participant.

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​participation in any wellgirl program or activity.

INDEMNIFICATION,​ ​LIMITATION​ ​OF​ ​LIABILITY,​ ​AND​ ​RELEASE​ ​OF​ ​CLAIMS

wellgirl LLC takes the utmost care to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants of our programs. These terms and conditions are meant to further personal safety and be a mutual agreement in regards to in-person meetings. In exchange for participation in Crafting Your Girl Maker Business (the “Activity”), organized by: wellgirl LLC (Rebecca Saraceno) located at 11 Hemlock Terrace Waltham MA (“Company”), I hereby agree as follows:

1. I discharge wellgirl LLC, in their individual capacities, from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against wellgirl LLC arising out of or relating to any injury or illness to person, or damage to property, that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Activity (“Claims”).
2. I understand that accidents happen and participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including risk of physical injury or illness and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity.
3. I authorize Rebecca Saraceno of wellgirl LLC, who is trained in the basics of first aid/CPR to give my child first aid/CPR when appropriate. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me in the event of an emergency requiring medical attention for my child. However, if I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize Rebecca to secure necessary medical treatment for my child, in the form of calling local emergency services (911).  The authority hereby given shall remain in effect unless it is withdrawn in writing.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge to having carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release. 

FINANCIAL​ ​CONSIDERATIONS

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize Us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount stated on Your checkout cart screen. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Your card issuer agreement, or any other agreements that may affect Your purchase with Us. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete details as requested to process your payment. If necessary, You agree to update your payment information in a timely manner so We can complete any outstanding orders and/or contact You as needed.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with this program offering, or wish to withdraw participant, please bring your concerns to my attention and I will honor your family’s decision for your child. I agree to refund 100% of fee paid if you withdraw before the program starts AND I am able to fill your child’s available spot. Refund amount will be 75% of course enrollment fee if I am not able to fill your child’s spot or once the program has started. Email me at [email protected]

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a refund (email: rebecca @wellgirl.org) prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution.
